Role

Who You Are

You are an experienced social worker dedicated to protecting and enhancing the well-being of vulnerable children, young people, and adults. With a relevant qualification in social work and a deep understanding of community care and children's services legislation, you bring a strong passion for making a positive impact in people's lives. You have experience working with individuals with complex needs and thrive in multi-disciplinary environments. You are committed to continuous professional development and are capable of adapting to new challenges.

What the Job Involves

This role involves safeguarding the welfare of children and adults by conducting assessments, planning, and delivering interventions and support in line with legislation. You'll manage a complex caseload, provide expert advice to staff, and engage in co-production with service users, carers, and partners. As part of your role, you will also participate in critical processes, such as Mental Capacity Assessments, and contribute to policy development while promoting professional standards and continuous improvement in service delivery.
