What the Job Involves
The role involves performing comprehensive assessments of risk and care needs for service users and carers, ensuring appropriate actions are taken according to the relevant legislation. You will manage a diverse caseload, engaging both individuals and families to address complex situations and offering resolutions during crises. Your responsibilities include developing care plans, collaborating with other agencies, and maintaining client records. Additionally, you are expected to supervise less experienced staff, provide detailed reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

- Relevant multi-disciplinary Social Care experience
- Partnership building with various agencies
- Knowledge of Social Care legislation and practice
- IT proficiency for data management
- Fluent English-speaking ability
- Possession of a recognised Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Work England
