What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker within Adult Services, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of service users’ needs, risks, and circumstances to develop appropriate care plans. You will manage a varied caseload, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and liaising with other agencies. Your duties include negotiating and implementing care plans, maintaining high-standard client records, facilitating joint working relationships, and promoting equality and diversity. You will provide ongoing support, crisis management, and engage with service users and their families to address social wellbeing issues.

- Relevant multi-disciplinary Social Care experience
- Partnership working with various agencies
- Knowledge of Social Care practice and legislation

- Fluent English communication
