What the Job Involves The role involves undertaking assessments of risk and care needs for service users and carers, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will manage a caseload of varying complexity, conduct ongoing assessments, and engage with individuals and families to develop and implement care plans. Responsibilities include statutory reviews, negotiating service responses, collaborating with various agencies, and promoting equality, diversity, and rights. You will also contribute to team meetings, act as a link worker, and participate in professional development programs.
