What the Job Involves

As an Experienced Social Worker for adults, your role involves assessing, accessing, and implementing a variety of social care services. You provide guidance, advice, and support for adults with complex needs, ensuring a personalized and asset-based approach. You will participate in multi-disciplinary and safeguarding processes and undertake needs-led assessments and care support planning. Your work emphasizes preventing hospital admissions, promoting self-determination, and engaging with community forums to bolster positive social work practices.
