Waterside Farm Leisure Centre / Runnymede Leisure Centre

Swim Academy Manager (Lead) 

Full Time – 37 hours

Grade 7 - SCP 27-31 £38,220 - £41,771

Closing Date - 21st June 2026

We are looking for a full-time Swim Academy Lead to work at Waterside Farm & Runnymede Leisure Centres who can:

Key Skills and abilities

• Lead and develop the STA Swim Academy across both sites
• Manage and lead the team of swimming instructors
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Have health and safety knowledge in relation to swimming pools

Experience

Previous practical experience of 3 years working within the leisure industry and experience in the day-to-day management of swim schools is essential.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a valid STA Certificate Qualification or equivalent from another Governing Body.
