What the Job Involves
This role involves coordinating and supporting the Council’s resourcing and talent acquisition consultancy service through the entire recruitment life cycle. You'll maintain an overview of the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition processes, track recruitment systems, and provide reports on key metrics. Responsibilities include organizing recruitment events, liaising with advertising partners, engaging with candidates, uploading content on the council’s intranet, and collaborating with team members to ensure services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and timeliness. You'll actively contribute to promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
