What the Job Involves

This role requires you to manage and deliver high-quality operational services within a specific locality area, providing professional leadership in Adult Social Care. You will work alongside the Service Manager to build a high-performing team, oversee complex cases, and ensure the delivery of services that align with The Care Act's key principles. Your responsibilities include developing performance metrics, mentoring staff, and leading safeguarding efforts. Additionally, you will manage budgets and contribute to service enhancements using data-driven insights to improve outcomes for individuals and communities.
