What the job involves:

As an Advanced Practitioner Social Work, you will manage and deliver operational services within a specified neighbourhood or locality. Your role involves supporting adults to maintain independence, delivering high-quality care services, preventing hospital admissions, and providing individuals with control over their care. You will oversee complex cases, supervise and mentor social workers, and ensure compliance with professional standards. You will work closely with the Service Manager to monitor performance, manage budgets, and contribute to service development.
