Who You Are

An experienced practitioner with a minimum of five years post-qualifying experience in children's safeguarding. You possess a sound knowledge of the legislative framework, including the ability to provide written and verbal evidence in court. You demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and analysis, with a commitment to delivering high-quality assessments and interventions for families.

What the Job Involves

As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for undertaking and preparing evidence-based assessments for families under pre-proceedings or within care proceedings. Your role includes supervising a family support worker, ensuring families receive bespoke, tailored interventions. You will apply your critical thinking skills to inform recommendations and support families through the assessment process.
