Who You Are
You are an experienced Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 3 years in the field. Your background includes working in social services teams, not just in hospital settings. You have a strong ability to assess individuals within their own homes to help maximize their independence.
What the Job Involves
This Senior OT position involves working alongside two other locums in our Community OT Team. Your primary responsibility will be to reduce the waiting list for OT assessments. You will track the turnover of work to aid in building a business case for extending contracts. A significant focus will also be on identifying any savings in care packages through the provision of equipment that enhances independence.
