What the Job Involves
As a Level III Social Worker for Adults, you will work independently to manage complex cases, assess risks, and safeguard vulnerable adults. You will develop and implement care plans, monitor client needs, and ensure service effectiveness. Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential, along with maintaining accurate records and meeting statutory requirements. You may also supervise social work students and participate in ongoing professional training.
