Role

Who You Are

You are an experienced social worker with a professional qualification (CQSW, CSS, DipSW) and at least two years of post-qualifying experience. You have a proven ability in assessing and managing risks, designing outcome-focused care plans, and working collaboratively with older people and their families. You thrive in high-pressure situations, have initiative and decisiveness, and are motivated by a needs-led approach to maximize independence for service users.

What the Job Involves

As a Level III Social Worker for Adults, you will work independently to manage complex cases, assess risks, and safeguard vulnerable adults. You will develop and implement care plans, monitor client needs, and ensure service effectiveness. Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential, along with maintaining accurate records and meeting statutory requirements. You may also supervise social work students and participate in ongoing professional training.
