This rewarding role requires you to lead and coordinate safeguarding enquiries, making initial determinations on legal duties relating to concerns of abuse or neglect. You will employ a strengths-based, person-centred approach to promote choice, control, and positive outcomes. Collaborative work with partner agencies is essential to effectively safeguard adults, and you'll manage risks while maintaining comprehensive recordings in line with statutory duties.
