You are adept at managing complex caseloads, ensuring comprehensive assessments and effective care planning through all stages of court processes.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves leading families through the court process with a focus on delivering evidence-based recommendations and maintaining a child-centered approach. You will prepare high-quality court reports, collaborate with legal representatives and partner agencies, and attend court hearings to provide evidence. You will also take part in regular supervision and reflective discussions to ensure accountable practice and contribute to a positive team culture.
