What the job involves
This role involves delivering effective outreach and engagement activities, collaborating with the Strategic Waste Management team to implement behavior change and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting investigations, and engaging with residents to promote recycling services. You'll organize community events, support policy development, and manage waste contamination issues. Additionally, you'll handle administrative duties, maintain information systems, and liaise with both internal and external contacts to ensure efficient service delivery.
