What the Job Involves
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for Lifelong Learning enquiries at Slough Borough Council. Your role will involve direct interaction with learners, staff, and visitors at community learning centers and other venues. Responsibilities include assisting in the enrolment process, maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative operations, and contributing to various projects that promote the service. Additionally, you will manage learner feedback surveys, liaise with learners, and assist in the continuous improvement of the service by participating in appraisals and meetings.
