As an Early Years Practitioner, you are a dedicated and experienced individual who thrives in an early years setting, providing education, care, and supervision for young children. You work collaboratively with local schools, parents, and other agencies to deliver integrated care and education, ensuring smooth transitions for children through different educational phases.

What the Job Involves

This role involves contributing to the daily operations of the setting, including implementing operational plans, delivering curriculum and educational programs, and maintaining health and safety standards. You will manage resources, uphold setting standards and policies, and engage with the local community to promote the setting. Your responsibilities also include attending planning and staff meetings, working flexibly across different locations, and undertaking duties to ensure the successful running of the setting.
