You are a personable and friendly individual who excels in both administrative and reception roles. You have the flexibility to work across multiple Family Hubs within the Borough and possess a solid understanding of the specific legislative and operational requirements of Children’s Services.
What the Job Involves
This role is a combination of administrative support and reception duties. You will be responsible for offering a warm welcome to visitors of the Family Hubs and ensuring they have access to the services they need. Administrative duties include managing data and information systems, maintaining cleanliness and safety in public areas, supporting office management tasks, and assisting with the coordination of meetings and events. You'll also facilitate communication and collaboration with internal staff and external partners, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
