What the Job Involves
Your role will encompass a variety of business, financial, and administrative duties aimed at supporting teams and maintaining a high-quality administrative service. You will assist in developing and managing electronic and manual information systems and ensure compliance with financial processes. Your responsibilities include procurement activities and producing management information for budget holders. Additionally, you will provide diary support, arrange meetings, book travel and accommodation, greet external visitors, handle incoming calls, draft standard correspondence, and contribute to internal and external communications.
