An experienced social worker ready to join the North Locality team. You are passionate about adult social care and dedicated to delivering high-quality service in assessments and care delivery.
What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker in the West Derby team, you will be responsible for completing assessments and reviews. You will conduct MCA assessments and partake in S42 enquiries, ensuring individuals receive the care and support they need. Additionally, you will be part of the duty rota, providing essential social work services.
