Who You Are

You are someone passionate about sustainability and the circular economy, eager to work outdoors in various weather conditions to assist in the operations of reuse shops. You possess excellent customer service skills, resilience, and a commitment to environmental issues.

What the Job Involves

As a Reuse Shop Officer, you will work in various reuse shops and Household Recycling Centres (HRCs), recovering and preparing items for resale. You will lift and load items, work under tight schedules, and engage with customers about sustainability. You will also be a keyholder, manage transactions, and ensure health and safety standards. Additionally, you will support climate education and attend community events. Travel between shops and depots may be required.
