What the Job Involves
This role requires you to manage a diverse caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care and support plans. You will work with adults and children in need of care and support, as well as their families and carers. Your responsibilities include identifying risks and recommending necessary support from external providers while adhering to budgets and resource allocation. You will also actively engage in duty systems, responding promptly to urgent cases, and ensuring thorough assessments and crisis response plans are implemented efficiently.
