What the job involves
As a key legal advisor, your primary role involves progressing the sales of council homes to tenants, guided by the Housing Act 1985. You will deliver expert legal services and advice, including document drafting for various client services and departments. Additionally, you will undertake general duties expected of a local government solicitor, ensuring effective case management and adherence to organizational policies. This role reports to the Senior Property Lawyer and involves liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
