Who You Are
You are a Senior Planning Lawyer with significant experience in drafting Section 106 agreements, Deeds of Variation, and providing general planning advice. You possess the capability to work on complex matters with minimal supervision. Your planning enforcement experience is a distinct advantage. You are seeking a role that may be performed remotely, but you are also able to attend the office and occasional planning committees in person as needed. This role requires your full attention, and therefore, it is not suitable for candidates working multiple roles.
What the job involves
The job involves providing legal expertise in drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements and Deeds of Variation. You will be responsible for offering comprehensive planning advice and dealing with planning enforcement matters. You will manage complex legal issues independently, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Occasional travel to attend office meetings and planning committees is expected.
