Role
Senior Planning Lawyer required. Significant experience in drafting Section 106 agreements, Deeds of Variation and general planning advice. Planning enforcement experience would be a distinct advantage. Ability to work on complex matters with minimal supervision. This role can be remote although the ability to attend the office and occasional planning committee in person would be advantageous. Not suitable for candidates working multiple roles.
