Who You Are

You are a passionate and customer-focused individual with experience in a busy Customer Care or Customer Service Centre environment. Experience in a social care setting is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. You possess excellent typing and IT skills, enabling you to efficiently type and talk during customer interactions.

What the Job Involves

As a Customer Service Advisor in the Adult Care Team based in Lincoln, you will interact with the public and professionals via telephone and email. Your role involves providing information and advice, reporting safeguarding issues, and accessing services related to Adult Care, Lincolnshire Carer Service, and the Wellbeing Service. You'll handle complex, sensitive, and emotive inquiries using a strength-based approach to foster positive change in people's lives.
