What the Job Involves
This role entails supporting a Social Worker for 7 hours weekly, with the option to spread this commitment over 2 or 3 days based at Thomas Hardy House. Key duties include organizing priorities and meeting deadlines, assisting with time management, and ensuring proper document handling and filing. You will also be responsible for uploading documents and ensuring timely completion of tasks within the Liquid Logic system. Your role extends to diary management, organizing meetings, updating correspondence, and providing support with referrals and other administrative duties.
- Managing diaries, meetings, and correspondence
- Organizing travel, managing expenses and mileage claims
- Attending meetings to take minutes and track follow-up actions
- Supporting task management, prioritization, and workload planning
- Collating information for life story work and documentation
- Completing referrals and general administrative duties

- Strong organizational and planning ability
- Administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
