Who You Are
You are an experienced reablement worker dedicated to supporting adults in regaining their confidence and independence following illness or hospital discharge. You have a flexible approach to work, a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle. You possess at least two years of experience in delivering personal care and daily living assistance in clients' homes.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves providing reablement support to adults for up to 6 weeks, helping them to regain skills and independence in their own homes. You will work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and the wider team to achieve positive outcomes for clients. This is a short-term enabling service, not long-term care, and you will cover shifts across structured rota patterns with potential additional hours for covering absences.

- Desirable: Care Certificate or Level 2 NVQ/QCF in Care
