Reablement (Care) worker (Scale 3)

Who You Are
We are looking for individuals who have at least 2 years of experience supporting adults in their own homes with personal care and daily living tasks. You should hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to travel across Enfield. A Care Certificate or Level 2 NVQ/QCF in Care would be desirable.
What the job involves
This role is reablement-focused, supporting adults to regain confidence, skills, and independence in their own homes following illness or hospital discharge. Support is short-term, for up to 6 weeks, and involves working alongside Occupational Therapists, Assistant Occupational Therapists, and the wider team to help individuals return to or work towards their baseline level of independence.
Placements cover structured rota patterns across 3 clusters, with hours available as follows:
- Cluster 1: 16 hours over a 2-week rota with shifts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on designated days.
- Cluster 2: 28 hours over a 2-week period with shifts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on designated days.
- Cluster 4: 48 hours over 2 weeks with shifts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on designated days.
