What the Job Involves
This role requires working 36 hours a week on a 7-day shift basis, alternating between 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm shifts. Your main responsibilities include answering calls, responding to emails, greeting visitors and care residents, managing the office diary, and ensuring that reception tasks are completed according to a daily checklist. You will also manage stock supplies and perform various office duties like document filing, scanning, copying, and shredding to maintain an organized reception area.
