What the Job Involves
This role focuses on providing targeted family support to reduce risk and improve outcomes for children. You will deliver direct, intensive work with children and families, particularly at early help, edge of care, or Child in Need levels. Your responsibilities include completing high-quality assessments and family plans, leading in engagement with hard-to-reach families, providing practical parenting support, and coordinating multi-agency plans. You will monitor progress, identify safeguarding concerns, and contribute to assessments and reports to promote evidence-based practice. Your efforts will focus on building family resilience and independence while maintaining accurate case records.
