We are looking for committed individuals who can work school holidays and Saturdays consistently. You should be passionate about supporting children with disabilities and providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Collaborating well within a team and with families is essential.
What the Job Involves
This role involves delivering a high-quality programme of play and leisure activities for children and young people with complex needs. Responsibilities include planning and delivering a wide range of play opportunities, supporting children with personal care needs, building positive relationships with parents and carers, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes on-site and community-based activities and may require personal care and direct family support.
Skills
- Understanding of learning, sensory, and physical disabilities
