What the job involves

The role requires overseeing surveying functions for efficient service delivery, including disability adaptations and home improvements, ensuring compliance with legislation and budget. You will collaborate with the Home Improvement Agency Team Manager to manage service referrals and prioritize work. Leading a team of technical staff, you'll provide technical support, manage adaptation deliveries, and ensure health and safety compliance. You'll focus on quality assurance, partnerships, case management, and resolving complaints, all while adhering to council procurement services.
