We are looking for a new Team Manager to join the Award-Winning Reach Out Domestic Abuse Service. Are you passionate about driving improvements across social care? Do you have a strong understanding of domestic abuse and the Safe and Together practice model? If yes, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking a passionate social work manager who wants to make a significant difference to families' lives.
What the Job Involves
This role will have lead operational responsibility for managing the Reach Out team, which includes the Open Up behaviour Change team. Reach Out work across key departments such as children’s and adults social care and are Redbridge Council’s front door for individuals and families impacted by domestic abuse. The service operates borough-wide, supporting households with and without children. Reach Out is part of the Families First for Children pathfinders programme; the Team Manager role is instrumental at solutioning problems and improving outcomes for adult and child survivors of abuse. This is an opportunity to drive the service forward, building upon what we do best and improving both service delivery and operational practices.
