Who You Are
We are looking for ambitious, proactive individuals who are passionate about customer service and can find creative and innovative solutions to local housing problems. You have experience in Homelessness, Housing Management, or possess a working knowledge of housing law and homelessness legislation.
What the Job Involves
The Housing Solutions Officer will support households in temporary accommodation by addressing a wide range of issues such as queries, complaints, housing advice, disrepair, and antisocial behavior. You will help residents find housing solutions and transition them from temporary accommodation to private rented housing. Responsibilities also include ensuring that temporary accommodation meets required standards and collaborating in partnership to resolve tenancy issues. You will manage all aspects of tenancy and property, including repairs, investigating complaints, and handling tenancy-related issues.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work autonomously and inclusively in a team
- Experience in Homelessness or Housing Management
