What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker within the Adult Social Care and Health Directorate, you will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective service. You will manage a varied caseload, undertake assessments, and co-design support plans tailored to individuals’ needs. You will ensure the monitoring and reviewing of support plans, manage risk, and make accountable decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in safeguarding enquiries, and lead initiatives to meet assessed needs. You will also take part in the professional development of yourself and others while contributing to the overall development of the service.
