A hardworking, conscientious, and physically fit individual with experience in caretaking and cleaning within a professional environment, ready to join our in-house Caretaking team.

What the Job Involves

You will work alongside a small team of colleagues, tasked with cleaning internal and external communal areas of the council's housing stock. Duties include sweeping, mopping, litter picking, dusting, removing bulk waste, and sweeping car parks and service roads. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety, fire safety, and building safety regulations.
