You are a detail-oriented and organized individual with knowledge and experience in collecting, collating, and analyzing statistical data and information. You possess excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer-facing contacts effectively. You are proactive, able to respond flexibly to service needs, and promote the Council's core values and policies. You are open to working flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
What the Job Involves
The Learning and Development Officer will provide support for effective delivery of learning and development programs within the People Directorate and to external customers in Sutton. This involves coordinating a wide range of activities related to course delivery, liaising with training providers and participants, maintaining and updating booking systems, and evaluating training courses. You will assist in monitoring training budgets, respond to customer service queries, and support multi-agency groups to plan and coordinate programs.
