Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation, possessing experience in providing administrative support. You are willing to learn and understand important safeguarding issues affecting children and young people, and have a proactive approach to improving efficiency and customer experience. You have attained a GCSEs level in English and Maths, with a preference for candidates who have knowledge of statutory children's services.
What the Job Involves
The role involves taking minutes in strategy meetings and other Children and Young People (CYP) statutory meetings, ensuring accuracy and producing high-quality, non-verbatim documents. You are responsible for recording meeting attendees, inputting data into the IT system, and carrying out other relevant duties. Your work will be measured by the timeliness and accuracy of the minutes produced, confirmed by independent chairs or managers.
