You hold a relevant social work qualification, engage in continuous professional development, and possess significant experience in statutory health or social care settings. You are a proactive leader, willing to innovate and adapt to changes, and are committed to safeguarding and promoting the independence of individuals and carers.
What the Job Involves
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will manage complex case loads involving high levels of risk, safeguard individuals, support legal applications, and ensure person-centred care plans. You will work closely with practitioners and Safeguarding Officers to develop best practices, chair high-risk meetings, and support complex court work. Additionally, you will contribute to service development, authorize resources, and ensure best practice standards through peer learning initiatives. Engagement in development projects, responding to inquiries, and contributing strategically and operationally to service plans are key aspects of this role.
