What the Job Involves

This position covers a new build estate in Sutton, focusing on maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of a static site. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and hoovering communal staircases, cleaning walls, moving bulky items, and performing basic gardening tasks such as cutting grass and removing weeds. The role starts with a three-day induction to ensure familiarity with tasks and site requirements.
