Your excellent communication skills help you liaise effectively with internal departments and external bodies to facilitate smooth transitions for households.
This role involves managing a caseload of households to aid their transition from temporary to settled accommodation. You will identify suitable properties, work with Lettings Negotiators, and set realistic expectations for families. Additionally, you are responsible for signposting relevant support, ensuring properties are efficiently used, and maintaining records for statutory processes. You will also assist with overcoming barriers, providing advice, and managing complaints to drive service improvements.
