You are an experienced social worker with a qualification and registration with Social Work England. You have extensive knowledge of social work practice, particularly in risk management with adults having various disabilities or long-term conditions. You demonstrate leadership, have a strong understanding of legislation, and are committed to professional development.

What the Job Involves

The role involves managing operational services in a neighborhood or locality area, providing leadership to ensure high-quality social work practice. Responsibilities include supporting adults to maintain independence, delivering joined-up social care and health services, and facilitating timely hospital discharge. You will oversee and support complex cases, provide supervision, and engage in safeguarding and legal interventions when necessary. You will contribute to developing performance indicators, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards.
