Managing workloads for multiple operatives, you ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction. Part of your responsibility includes addressing customer complaints, contributing to team objectives, and participating in development and training activities. You will also engage in resource coordination and task scheduling to optimize operatives' productivity, ensuring all repairs are completed within allocated timescales and resources are fully utilized.
