Who You Are
We are looking for a professional and motivated individual to support the effective delivery and implementation of strategic technologies in support of the Council’s key priorities. The successful candidate will have previous experience in project support and share our enthusiasm for creating a ‘state of the art’ Integrated Operations Centre for alarm receiving and CCTV monitoring. You will thrive in a technology-driven environment and work effectively with contractors and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to develop and maintain strong and constructive working relationships.
What the Job Involves
The Project Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a range of digital projects within 24/7 Services. This includes managing the relocation of the service and initiating, developing, and managing other business change projects. You'll ensure that these projects meet the required quality, time, and cost constraints while delivering considerable savings and income generation opportunities for Cardiff Council and continuing to support Housing residents and citizens of Cardiff.
