Major Project Officer (Planning)

The candidate will be handling a varied case load of major planning applications.  This could be a mixture of residential (potentially large or strategic major scale), commercial or energy-related developments.  The candidate will not be a line manager but will mentor a planner/senior planner and have delegated authority to determine applications where the case officer is the person they are mentoring.
