The Role We are seeking a Contract Team Administrator (Electrical) to join our high-profile Housing Services team. Supporting a portfolio of approximately 10,000 homes, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of essential electrical services across Westminster’s housing stock. This is a varied and hands-on administrative role supporting installation, repair and maintenance programmes, with the opportunity to make a real difference to residents’ homes and communities. Key Responsibilities Support the Electrical Team across all service areas, including installation, repairs and maintenance Raise and manage repair orders and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) remedial works Ensure timely completion of actions arising from servicing and Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely submission of documentation Maintain accurate and organised team records (quotes, RAMS, O&Ms, specifications) Produce reports, including hotspot repair analysis and compliance reporting Use housing management systems (including Orchard) to: Raise ad hoc orders Track job completions Process variations (extensions, cancellations, low-value claims)

Support resident engagement, including drafting complaint responses Assist with onboarding/offboarding properties onto contracts Take meeting minutes and support wider M&E administrative duties

About You We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can manage a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Essential: Strong administrative experience Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Good organisational and time management skills IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and databases GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) Desirable: Experience within a housing or public sector environment Familiarity with housing management systems (e.g. Orchard) Experience of minute taking and handling public enquiries You will be a team player who is adaptable, takes ownership of your work, and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for residents.
