Customer Service Assistant (Grade E)

All duties associated with the running of a busy library and Information service - finding stock for customers, dealing with a range of enquiries, shelving, checking stock, enrolling customers onto Adul Ed courses, delivering activities dor children and families, class visits from schools, delivering events and the summer reading challenge in school holidays, troubleshooting IT issues for customers, making new memberships.
