CSW Senior Social Worker/Specialist Social Worker (Pledge)

The role of the MASH Worker is to make important threshold  recommendations on all incoming referrals, within confined timescales, after undertaking a screening and triaging exercise. Given the importance of the MASH role, it is crucial that the candidate has a t least 2-3 years consistent experience working in MASH. We are at the brink of re-designing our Front Door in line with the principles of the Families First Model. Given this we are looking for a swift, dynamic worker who can build relationships quickly with parents; can think safe creatively about pathways for families which are not statutory led and where families can receive support within the community. The candidate needs to be able to maintain good quiality of work against stringingent timescales in MASH.
