PLEASE NOTE -THIS POSITION IS MORE OF A CHAPEL ATTENDING SUPPORT ROLE RATHER THAN AN OFFICE ADMIN ROLE JOB DESCRIPTION POST TITLE: Cemetery & Crematorium Operative GRADE: Scale 6 SERVICE AREA: Environment and Regeneration  DIVISION: Public Protection UNIT: Islington and Camden Cemetery Service REPORTS TO: Burial Supervisor and Crematorium Manager as required MANAGES/SUPERVISES: n/a PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION Islington and Camden Cemetery Services are an integral part of the Public Protection Division. The main emphasis is to provide a high quality service for the residents of the boroughs of Islington and Camden and other service users. The primary function of this role is to support crematorium operations through chapel attending, customer service and general admin duties. Additionally, you would be required to assist in the maintenance of the Crematorium garden of Remembrance. No experience necessary as training will be provided.
